Manufactured from steel weldmesh with 25mm x 25mm x 2mm mesh and removable 6mm x 220mm
long steel handle the SpudMate is designed to hold 8 good size spuds comfortably. The handle fits
into the steel mesh easily making placement of the SpudMate into the coals a simple process, the
handle is removed while the spuds bake.
Wrap your spuds in aluminium foil and place in the SpudMate basket, fit the handle, with a slight
back pressure the weight of the spuds lock the basket on the prongs and it can be lifted across to the fireside.
To check or remove your spuds relocate the handle and lift the basket from the ashes.
